What an account changes day to day
Nothing inside the car. Everything around it. A ride booked on account is not paid by the passenger: it belongs to the company, and whoever arranges it never has to advance money or chase a receipt.
The second effect is the paper trail. Every ride appears on a monthly statement with its date, route, passenger and amount. An internal check becomes one line in a spreadsheet instead of a folder of receipts.
Invoicing and VAT
One invoice a month, issued at month end, listing every journey. Passenger transport carries 10% VAT on the portion performed in France; on a run to Monaco, Italy or Switzerland the wording becomes VAT as applicable to the route.
The price of each ride is the price confirmed at booking. There is no meter, no traffic surcharge and no admin fee. A flat night surcharge of 15 EUR applies between 11 pm and 7 am, and it is shown before the booking is validated.
Discretion, and the rides nobody discusses
A sensitive trip is not discussed. Destinations are not shared, conversations stay in the car, and the monthly statement goes to the named contact and nobody else.
Consistency is the other request that keeps coming back: same time, same pick-up point, same vehicle. That is arranged, not promised in three lines on a web page. Tell us the real rhythm and we will tell you what we can hold.
