Who it is for

Business accounts and one monthly invoice

A business account groups every ride your people take onto one monthly invoice. Each fare is fixed at booking, with 10% VAT applied to passenger transport carried out in France. Opening an account takes one form and commits you to no minimum volume.

What an account changes day to day

Nothing inside the car. Everything around it. A ride booked on account is not paid by the passenger: it belongs to the company, and whoever arranges it never has to advance money or chase a receipt.

The second effect is the paper trail. Every ride appears on a monthly statement with its date, route, passenger and amount. An internal check becomes one line in a spreadsheet instead of a folder of receipts.

Invoicing and VAT

One invoice a month, issued at month end, listing every journey. Passenger transport carries 10% VAT on the portion performed in France; on a run to Monaco, Italy or Switzerland the wording becomes VAT as applicable to the route.

The price of each ride is the price confirmed at booking. There is no meter, no traffic surcharge and no admin fee. A flat night surcharge of 15 EUR applies between 11 pm and 7 am, and it is shown before the booking is validated.

Discretion, and the rides nobody discusses

A sensitive trip is not discussed. Destinations are not shared, conversations stay in the car, and the monthly statement goes to the named contact and nobody else.

Consistency is the other request that keeps coming back: same time, same pick-up point, same vehicle. That is arranged, not promised in three lines on a web page. Tell us the real rhythm and we will tell you what we can hold.

Before you arrive

Your questions.

How do we open a business account?

Through the dedicated form: company name, registration number, named contact, estimated monthly volume and recurring needs. Those five details are enough, and opening an account carries no minimum volume and no subscription period.

Is VAT on passenger transport recoverable?

Passenger transport carries 10% VAT on the portion of the journey performed in France, and it appears on the monthly invoice. Whether your company can reclaim it depends on your own tax position: that call belongs to your accountant, not to us.

Can a director have the same driver every time?

On recurring journeys, yes, subject to availability. Ask for it when the account is opened. It changes how rides are assigned, not what they cost: the fare stays the one on the published grid.

What happens when a meeting overruns?

Hourly hire is booked by the hour with a four-hour minimum. An extension is agreed on the spot with the driver and billed by the started hour, at the rate shown when the booking was made.
