Booking
Three pieces of information produce a price: where you start, where you finish, and the date. The amount appears before anyone asks for a contact detail. Your name, phone number and flight number are used for the journey and nothing else.
On an airport transfer the flight number is the most useful field on the form. It is what allows actual landing to be tracked and the pick-up to shift without you doing anything about it.
Paying
Two routes exist: pay in full when you book, or register the card with no charge and settle after the journey. Both go through a payment provider, and card details never pass through our own servers.
Passenger transport carries 10% VAT on the portion performed in France. On a run to Monaco, Italy or Switzerland, the wording on the invoice becomes VAT as applicable to the route.
Changing or cancelling
A change of time or address is made by phone, WhatsApp or email. As long as the car has not been committed, it costs nothing. A change of route is different: it changes the price, and a new amount is confirmed before the journey stands.
Cancellation is free up to 12 hours before a transfer and 24 hours before hourly hire. Beyond those limits, the deadlines and the amounts retained are set out in the terms of sale, which govern.
