Four structures, none above 2.10 metres
The official listings for the four municipal underground car parks give consistent figures, and low ones. Casino, 310 spaces, is capped at 2.00 metres. Village, 294 spaces, also 2.00 metres. Mont d’Arbois, 297 spaces, 2.10 metres. Rochebrune, 396 spaces, states 2.10 metres on the ground floor and 1.90 metres on the levels below.
For a long-distance transfer the conclusion is immediate. A van loaded with ski bags, with or without a roof box, enters none of those structures. Parking the vehicle is therefore planned above ground, and the drop-off happens before the ramp. This is not a resort affectation, it is concrete.
A pedestrian zone whose hours we do not publish
The centre is regulated. A municipal order has governed the pedestrian zone since 15 November 2017, an access regulation restated it in December 2022, and entry is filtered by retractable bollards and by passes issued by the commune. All of that is established.
What is not: the exact perimeter street by street, the opening and closing hours, and which categories hold a derogation. The two municipal documents that contain them are scans without a text layer. We do not copy hours we have not read: on this point the honest answer is a question for the town hall, not a sentence on a website.
What to settle before the drive
Three things are worth fixing before leaving the Riviera. The exact address, street name included, so we know whether it falls inside the filtered perimeter. The luggage volume, because it decides the vehicle and therefore which structure is reachable. The arrival time you want, bearing in mind this is a full day of driving rather than an airport transfer.
The default meeting point, the one we give when nothing else has been decided, is the Casino underground car park at the entrance to the pedestrian zone. For a shuttle connection, the Village car park beneath the bus station is the landmark instead.
